Happy June Everyone!
We have finally made it to summer! It's real, it does exist! I think we've really earned this one my friends, between the winter that never ended and the absolutely frigid Spring. I hope we have what feels like endless days of sunshine ahead.
May was spent on many a baseball field and it was so much fun. Watching Rory coach both of our boys, and their great group of teammates, was a great way to spend the Spring. Let's go Vikes!!
Our oldest son finished his Junior year of high school, the thoughts of college and what happens after graduation have come. It feels absolutely wild to be here with one of our boys and it got me thinking about all of the other parents in the same season of life. We've had 16, 17, or 18 years of time with these treasures of ours and now we have to hope we've done everything we can to prepare them for life as an adult (and prepare ourselves for it as well). I wish you all the very best, and just know you are not alone in this, we're right there with you.
Our summer looks like it will be filled with college campus tours, lakes, fishing, and hopefully some family hikes! I'm sure we'll be joined on the road by many other travelers doing the very same thing. If you'll be one of them, be sure to reach out to us prior to any big trips to check your vehicle over ensuring you spend your vacation having fun and not dealing with car trouble away from home. We do this all summer long for our customers, we'd be happy to do it for you too!
